We handle the import process from place of manufacturer (EXW) or from the local port (FOB).
- Pick-Up - Collection of the product from the manufacturer
- Vessel Booking - Booking of the vessel or air cargo space
- Customs Clearance - All the tricky customs clearance paperwork
- Cartage - Collection of the products from the port to Heroes & Knights HQ
- Deconsolidation - Separation of stock at our dispatch centre
- Receipt Report - We'll send you a receipt report of the quantities received to ensure that everything is in order before beginning to dispatch to backers.

Our aim is for 100% of your product to reach the customer safely. We want the contents including the original box to arrive unscathed.
We achieve this by using:
- Cardboard Mailer Box
- Packing Peanuts of Polyfoam
We use customer mailer boxes to ensure a snug fit as well as keeping transport costs down (due to cubic conversion).
If you are looking to pre-package the item with mail-order packaging we're also happy to advise on the best way for Aussie fulfilment.
