Heroes & Knights can handle the import process whether from the place of manufacturer (EXW) or from the local port (FOB).
》Pick-up – Collection of the product from the manufacturer.
》Vessel Booking – Booking of the vessel or air cargo space.
》Customs Clearance – All the tricky customs clearance paperwork.
》Cartage – Collection of the products from the port to Heroes and Knights HQ.
》Deconsolidation – Separation of stock at our dispatch centre.
》Receipt Report – We’ll send you a receipt report of the quantities received to ensure that everything is in order before beginning to dispatch to backers.
Once the products arrive at the Heroes & Knights HQ, we will work promptly to ensure that your hard work reaches your backers in a timely manner.
Our pick and pack team will ensure:
》Lightning fast bulk dispatches with our team picking and packing your orders as soon as they arrive. We have stand-ins for larger projects too!
》Order verification to ensure that the correct items are sent. All orders checked by another team member before they are dispatched.
We pride ourselves on packaging!
Our aim is for 100% of your product to reach the customer safely. We want the contents including the original box to arrive unscathed!
We usually achieve this by using:
》Cardboard Mailer Box
》Packing Peanuts or Polyfoam
We use custom mailer boxes to ensure a snug fit as well as keeping transport costs down
(due to cubic conversion).
If you are looking to pre-package the item with mail-order packaging we’re also
happy to advise on the best way for Australia and New Zealand fulfilments.
